Newland Enterprises is a long-term logging and hauling contractor located in Fort St. James BCWe help supply several local area mills by logging and delivering approximately 300-400,000 mannually. Our core values are integrity, teamwork, and continued learning. We are looking forLog Loader Operators and Skidder Operators for this upcoming season.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience – Log loaders must be comfortable loading CTL and long
logs - Class 5 Drivers License in good standing
- Strong communication skills with company, sub trucks, and dispatch
- Must be safety conscious
- First Aid certifications are an asset
- Exposure to high retention logging operations is an asset
- Preference will be given to applicants from Fort St James or surrounding
communities - Camp will be available for the right candidate.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage $34.00-$37.00 hourly
- Paid travel both ways
- Camp available/required
