Established in Fall 2021 the Newland Purvis Camp overlooks the headwaters of the Middle River on Takla Lake and provides accommodations for 30 guests in a work camp setting. Our experienced staff provide an excellent working accommodation and maintain the camp to the highest standard. Accommodations are open to industrial and public guests.

Established in 2020, Stuart River Development Ltd. is a Newland company specializing in redevelopment of previous industrial properties for residential and recreational use. Fort St. James and the surrounding area has a history of waterfront milling operations these properties are located on our waterways and hold enormous residential and recreational value. SRD’s goal is to bring our first Stuart River properties to market on Sowchea Rd. Fort St. James for early 2022.

Newland offers a fenced secured Mini-storage facility in Fort St. James with storage solutions including covered & uncovered parking, storage container rentals, unheated storage units ranging from 5’ x 8’ to 10’ x 15’, and summer storage of snowmobiles. Our facility offers flexible monitored storage access and a 24/7 monitored storage premises.
